Invoices are customised in local currencies to minimise foreign exchange risk and reduce bank transfer costs. Clients can also obtain rates in other supplier currencies if they really wanted.

Each client would be assigned an account manager, to fully understand specific customer needs and deliver a personalised service based on individual requirements.
Regular visits are made to clients offices to discuss new opportunities as well as updated product and services.

FULLY INDEPENDENT TRAVEL (FITs)
Fully independent travel (FITs) accounts for more than 80 per cent of Tropicals worldwide business. The hotel product for FITs caters to all budgets and tastes and ranges from two-star to five-star deluxe hotels for all room types in more than 600 cities worldwide.

The FIT departments of each office have separate specialised incoming and outgoing teams handling business from a variety of source markets around the world. They provide knowledgeable, personalised and uncompramisabe service to retail and tour operator clients.This often requires the local office to speak to the hotel, use its contacts and obtain a confirmation while ensuring the response is sent back to the client within 24 hours.The client can design individual packages by using as many combinations of the services available and create a booking for single or multi destinations under the same booking reference.

The cancellation deadline for each service booked is clearly indicated to avoid cancellation penalties and a cancellation deadline report facility is also available.
White labelling and private labelling is available by Tropical to its clients allowing them to distribute to sub agents under their own brand.Vouchers are customised in the name of the client and carry the logo of the client.
