Day 1: Arrive Christchurch
Arrive Christchurch ‘The Garden City’. Pick up your car on arrival. Check-in at your hotel. Rest of the day is free at our leisure. Overnight in Christchurch. Accommodation: Hotel Millennium or similar www.millenniumhotels.com

Day 2: Christchurch / Mt.Cook-Twizel (3hrs)

After morning breakfast at hotel, depart Christchurch and traveling to Twizel. Leaving Christchurch, cross the Canterbury Plains the largest area of flat land in Nea Land Past through the rural town of Rakaia, Mayfield, Geraldine & Fairilie. Climb the foothills of the Southern Alps over the top of Burkes Pass, before dropping into the Mackenzie Basin. Arrive at Twizel & check-in to your hotel. Later proceed for Glacier Landing for 30 min.s. Overnight at Hotel. Accommodation: Mackenzie Country Inn or similar .

Day 3: Mt.Cook / Queenstown (3hrs)
Today depart Mt Cook and follow the shores of Lake Pukaki south through the historic Central Otago region to the 'Alpine Resort' of Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown. Accommodation: Rydges Lakeland resort or similar


  Day 4: Queenstown

An opportunity today to explore the endless optional attractions available. Queenstown offers bungee jumping, jet boating, white water rafting, gondola rides and much more. {Optional activities not included in the tour price}. Overnight in Queenstown. Accommodation: Rydges Lakeland resort or similar.

Day 5: Queenstown (Milford Sound) (4hrs)
Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown. Accommodation: Rydges Lakeland resort or similar.

Day 6: Queenstown / Dunedin (3hrs)

Depart Queenstown this morning and travel to reach the Scottish influenced city of Dunedin, renowned for it’s natural history and Otago University. Check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Dunedin. Accommodation: Hotel Mercure or similar .
Day 7: Dunedin / Christchurch (5hrs)
Today travel across the Canterbury Plains to arrive Christchurch, “The Garden City”, Check-in at your hotel. Overnight in Christchurch. Accommodation: Hotel Millennium or similar .
